For what purposes will we use your personal data?
The personal data that we collect from you, which are necessary for the service you request, will be used for the following purposes:
Prepare personalized quotes for our purchase, sale, quotation, import, export, distribution, consignment and marketing services; preparation of executive advisory projects; acquire, exploit and use patents, certificates of invention, industrial designs and models, brands, notices and trade names, copyrights and in general intellectual property rights; and the others contemplated in the corporate purpose of the legal person “INTERDABS”.
“INTERDABS”, you may use your personal data for design, development, analysis, profiling, advertising, promotion, benefits, offering discounts and promotions, carrying out market research, preparing surveys, requesting information about the shopping experience, as well as the marketing of goods and services derived from the operation of our products.
“INTERDABS”may use the personal data collected in order to send you quotes, images and videos relating to developments, reports and updates to you by email.
Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service, but that allow and facilitate us to provide you with better care. What personal data do we collect and use about you?
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data: full name, age; gender; address; personal telephone number; and private email address; autograph signature; current employment; office telephone number; and work email.
What sensitive personal data will we use?
We inform you that “INTERDABS” you will not use, for the purposes stated in this privacy notice, any personal data considered to be sensitive that requires special protection, such as: diseases you suffer from, allergies and medications you take when hiring the service; religion you practice and political party in which you are a member or sympathizer.
Who do we share your information with and for what purposes?
We inform you that your personal data may be shared with our legal entities, subsidiaries or affiliates under the common control of “INTERDABS”, or any company in the same business group as “INTERDABS” that operates under the same internal processes and policies or because of a concluded contract; or to be concluded in the interest of the owner of the personal data; or when the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or compliance of a legal relationship between the controller and the owner, in terms of article 37 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.
How can you access, rectify or cancel your personal data, or object to its use?
You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the terms of use we give them (Access). It is also your right to request the correction of your personal information if it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); that we delete it from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set out in the regulations (Cancellation) as well as to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you must submit the respective request electronically. The procedure and requirements for exercising these rights are as follows:
Send an email to the email account legal@interdabs.com under one of the following subject headings: “Access to personal data”, “Rectification of personal data”, “Cancellation of consent to the use of personal data” or “Opposition of personal data for specific purposes”.
The email must be addressed to the legal person's “Legal Area” “INTERDABS”. This is because the “Legal Area” is the area responsible for the processing of the personal data collected. Within the body of the email, you must specify what personal data you want to access, to be rectified, to be deleted from our records and databases, as well as those that you want not to be used for certain specific purposes.
Under no circumstances may the response period for the procedure established in this procedure exceed twenty business days from the day following the receipt of the request, in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals. “INTERDABS” you may, within fifteen business days after the communication of the response, contact the Owner who exercised the request for ARCO Rights, which you can do through the contact means provided in your request for this purpose, in order to confirm that it was received by the Owner, as well as giving him the option to state if said response to his request fully satisfied what was requested in the request for the exercise of ARCO Rights. The foregoing, in compliance with the provisions of article 98, second paragraph of the Regulation of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, which to the letter reads “The response to the Data Controller must refer exclusively to the personal data that has been specifically indicated in the corresponding request”

The moral person “INTERDABS” you may deny access to personal data, or to rectify or cancel or grant opposition to the processing of such data, only in the following cases:
When the applicant is not the owner of the personal data, or the legal representative is not duly accredited to do so;
When in the database of the legal person “INTERDABS”, the applicant's personal data are not found;
When the rights of a third party are injured;
When there is a legal impediment, or the resolution of a competent authority, that restricts access to personal data, or does not allow their rectification, cancellation or opposition, and
When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made.
How can you revoke your consent to the use of your personal data?
You can revoke the consent that, if any, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important to keep in mind that not in all cases we will be able to fulfill your request or end the use immediately. Therefore, it is possible that, due to a legal obligation, it is necessary to continue processing your personal data. You should also consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will mean that we cannot continue to provide you with the service you requested, or the termination of your relationship with us.
To revoke your consent, you must submit your request by sending an email. The procedure and requirements for revoking consent are as follows:

The email must be addressed to the Legal Area of the legal person “INTERDABS”, since it is the area responsible for the processing of the personal data collected. Within the body of the email, it must be specified that the owner wishes to revoke their consent to the processing of their personal data. The response period for the established procedure may not exceed twenty business days from the day following the receipt of the request, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals.
“INTERDABS” you may, within 15 business days after the communication of the response, contact the Owner who exercised the request for ARCO Rights, which you can do through the contact means provided in your request for this purpose. The foregoing, with the purpose of confirming that said response was received by the Owner, as well as giving him the option of stating whether said response to his request fully satisfied what was requested in the latter for the exercise of ARCO Rights. This is in compliance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 98 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, which to the letter states “The response to the Owner must refer exclusively to the personal data that has been specifically indicated in the corresponding request”.
How can you limit the use or disclosure of your personal information?
In order for you to limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, we offer you the following means:
Your registration in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, which is managed by the Federal Consumer Attorney's Office, so that your personal data is not used to receive advertising or promotions from goods or services companies. For more information about this registration, you can consult the PROFECO website or contact PROFECO directly.
Your registration in the exclusion list “List of Individuals and Legal Persons who do not wish to receive advertising information”, so that your personal data is not processed for marketing, advertising or commercial prospecting purposes on our part.
